Alpha was engaged to prepare final engineering designs for infrastructure works at this 19 acre residential development site in Grenada, in order to take the project to pre-construction stage.

The scope of work included:
  • Preliminary designs for drainage, water, sewer and other underground utilities.
  • Preparation of the drainage report and procurement of agency approvals.
  • Final design drawings.
